MISSION 

WNYShares exists for a single purpose:  To glorify God by doing our best to help underprivileged and special needs children throughout the WNY community.  WNYShares is part of a not-for-profit 501(c)3 devoted to programs designed to give a smile today and hope for tomorrow to children and families throughout the Western New York community.

 

VISION
WNYShares has a vision to encourage and work along side local community organizations by providing funding and materials for various programs that fall within the mission of WNYShares. These groups can in turn designate their own limited funds for critical needs within their organizations.

 

HISTORY
WNYShares was conceived from a burden on the hearts of two men, Fred Caserta and his friend John Mika. Fred Caserta, the founder and President of Kingdom Bound Ministries, has gone home to be with the Lord, but the vision continues to grow.

 

...WHAT WE DO...
WNYShares School Supplies
 Established in 2002 over 1 million dollars in school supplies have been shared with schools and after school programs throughout the WNY community.  Our backpack program has shared over 1400 backpacks filled with school supplies to WNY children in need.

 

WNYShares a Christmas Present
Established in 2003 this program has provided over 30,000 toys to underprivileged and special needs children throughout the WNY community.

 

WNYShares a Dell Printer
This program has distributed free of charge over 400 new Dell Printers to food pantries throughout the WNY community.

 

WNYShares and Send a Friend to Kingdom Bound 
Established in 2003 this annual project has enabled over 5500 underprivileged and special needs children and families attend Darien Laker Theme Park for a day designed to encourage, instruct and enjoy.
